You really are a flaming fool, LHM, and a sexist dick to boot.
(Edit: Wait. Someone else's F/B thread regarding one incident with interpersonal issues somehow justifies you crying the end of an era about female equality? Color me speechless. Now would someone help me extract my open palm and five fingers from the inside of my skull?)

Not the same dynamic. ...so...men falling in love with their male best friends isn't dangerous to the military, but women falling in love with their female best friends is? I can honestly say I've never heard that one. @vs: I'm starting to wonder if, when LHM goes to work, a roommate or random vandal steals his account. |

What was the relevance of the linked thread? How does being a bit confused about whether you are in love with a friend or not have anything to do with gender or combat effectiveness?
Also when did we become the world's best combat force?
While such a thing is probably impossible to objectively measure I would have thought the Ghurkas or the Israelis would probably have the wood on us.

How so? eta: Here in Canada, females have been serving on the front lines for years, and we haven't had any issues with the "dynamic". And before anyone says that our military sucks/doesn't do anything, please keep in mind that we've been very active in Afghanistan, and had numerous soldiers die over there, including someone I went to school with. |
