I felt bad for a moment as I was removed from the group chart, then I realized that I probably should have posted here about it first instead of just being rude and inviting myself.
Whoopsidaisy...
Will be readding myself again, if that's quite alright.

Everyone point and look judgementally at wykked wytch Hey! I can't help it if I'm not hostile to markets! SHO SUM HOSTILITEE TO UNREGULATED MARKET PROCESSES N FRIEDMANITE ECONOMICS U FASHISST LOL OK, it turns out that I am terrible at trolling. I've also run through the test again and come out with E -5.88, S -4.82. So I'm terrible at Marxism too. Perhaps if I take the test tomorrow, I'll see if I can pull off something the laws of political physics theoretically deem impossible - faster-than-Clegg policy shifting.

If I was trolling me, I'd probably bring up the accusation that libertarians are spoiled young rich white men who are just into libertarianism because it's "a phase".

Left/right- -3.75 Libertarian/Authoritarian -1.64 I honestly thought I would score lefter... Economic Left/Right: -7.25 Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -6.05 Am I a bad person for agreeing with the idea that someone with an inheritable disease should not be allowed to breed? I feel like that keeps me farther to the right than I am. Nope. People shouldn't have to be born with sickle cell or haemophilia. Also could someone tell me who Skyfire was? I don't have time to go through 2600 posts.

But... we leftists won't make that accusation, because we know perfectly well that libertarians who grow out of their phase (read : drug use) systematically become right-wing, religious conservatives instead. Because we dislike conservatives even more than we do libertarians, and because they are also much more of a political threat, it is in our best interest to help you maintain the delusion that libertarianism is a tenable, coherent position. Am I doing it right?

Also could someone tell me who Skyfire was? I don't have time to go through 2600 posts. At one time, he was the resident Mormon apologist, speaking almost entirely in right wing talking points. Banned for repeatedly refusing to answer direct questions (ones that derailed the talking points).

Only for a year though.
Ironbite-I don't think he knows his ban is up.

But if you get it from only ONE parent, you get a natural immunity to malaria, which is a pretty big positive. Sometimes eugenics isn't quite as clear cut as we might otherwise think.

But that only really works when malaria is prevalent, like in some parts of Africa. In the USA Malaria isn't as common, and we can readily cure it, so keeping that Allele would be pointless and dangerous.

I'm sorry, what training do you have in genetics or biology in general? Why should I care what you say?

I've also been nosing in Eyewitness nature books since 2000 and did a report on malaria in 7th grade. Although that probably doesn't count.
