I hate it when you actually look at their stuff & go, "Okay, by today's standards, that's incredibly cliche," & they call you an idiot because "It's everything ELSE that's cliche."
Look, dumbass, I played Game Y first, so Game F doesn't feel new. It's not that I can't fathom that Game F came out first. But I'm not a fucking time traveller.

1. In the Star Wars Geekdom, I don't understand the Boba Fett love. I'm more of a Palpatine/Tarkin fan girl.
2. As a fan of classic movies, I don't understand the love of the year 1939, yeah there were some good movies that came out that year, but I feel most of movies are overrated. The Women being the best example, I want those 2 hours back. Also It's A Wonderful Life is very overrated movie, it's ok, but not as great that most people make it out to be.

I play all the games from all the decades. Each decade has their merits.
Can I mention my special distaste of vegans? I really, really fucking hate them. Well, more accurately I hate the really fucking vocal ones. Oh my God, shut up. Whoo hoo, you don't eat meat and think it's wrong. Whoop de doo but I don't need you flooding my feeds with your BS. I don't need you staring at me like I've grown a second head for eating a juicy burger. Just shut. the. fuck. up.
Seriously, there's a couple of vegans on my various social media sites who retweet and repost anything at all dealing with veganism in the slightest way. And they constantly omnivore-shame too.

Once, I was at school eating lunch with my friends. One of them is Hindu and she is vegetarian for religious reasons. Out of the blue, another girl sits down with us and strikes up a conversation. So far, so good. But she keeps trying to remind us at every opportunity that she is a "compassionate vegetarian" and that we are just "devourers of dead flesh". And my friend asks her, "Why did you really become a vegetarian? Did you really care about the suffering of animals, or do you just like making other people feel bad for the choices they make?"

Idiots in my fanbases. This is mostly extending to idiot Bronies and idiot metalheads. The thing you're a fan of isn't a gift from the heavens, its entertainment. Not everyone is going to like the same thing. You're making the rest of us look bad. (That said, I still don't get why MLP is such a meme fountain). Gonna have to agree about idiots in fanbases, although they probably think they're perfectly justified. I just mention this because of some of the jackasses in the FiM fanbase. To be fair though, a lot of the haters of the show, or at least a decent amount of the ones who actively join anti-FiM fan groups aren't exactly shining beacons of humanity themselves, and just come off as unrepentant, immature douchenozzles intent on putting as much unrestrained hatred in their messages as possible. Jeez people, chill out. Also, the Hate Dumb that complains about the stuff being ponified seem to forget that such things aren't for them in the first place. They're for the amusement of bronies. Also of note that the fan base produces so much content that it's hard to keep up with, and not all of it is necessarily "amazing," but rather an artist expressing themselves. Seriously though. Fan Dumb and Hate Dumb really are on my list of annoyances. One thing that's funny to point out is how one of those pony haters is a big Sonic fan. I don't mind Sonic, but as far as I can recall, doesn't that fanbase get a lot of flak? You would think that someone like that would know what it feels like to have people spit so much toxic vitriol at you and what you like.

My vegan roommate is usually pretty chill, but right before Thanksgiving she posted this: I was seeing red pretty much all throughout Thanksgiving.

That is an awesome response and I may need to snipe it at some point. Tell your friend awesome. @dpd- more omnivore-shaming! I hate it. I hate the holier-than-thou attitude.

Native Americans totally didn't eat animals. You're reading it wrong. Killing and eating turkey is JUST LIKE killing and taking the land of Native Americans. TOTALLY JUST LIKE IT. Either that, or she's accusing people who eat meat of being potential cannibals...considering what else I know about her beliefs, I'd believe either interpretation. @shane: Did I mention that if someone becomes a vegetarian/vegan for the 'wrong' reasons (to lose weight, improve health, etc.) she looks down on them? Yeah.

My point is that if hunting & eating animals is equivalent to racist imperialism, the natives were freaking Nazi Germany. So by her own ridiculous logic, I should not feel bad about the plight of the Native Americans. But that's what's leading up to her "eating meat is bad" thing. So her whole damn point just collapses in on itself.

Yes, but she's looking at it in the entirely OTHER direction: we feel bad about the shit the Native Americans went (and are still going, but shh) through, so why don't we feel the same way about 'enslaving' and murdering animals? Except for pets. Pets are fine to enslave, since they could never take care of themselves in the wild. And if she had like a chihuahua or something, I'd understand, but she has a rat. A rat. I think he can take care of himself, push comes to shove.
