Had a crazy tornado dream last night - my first since high school.
Basically I was outside. All of a sudden enormous swarms (I saw swarms, and not flocks, because they were behaving and looked like swarms) of birds began streaking across the sky and moving quickly in erratic directions. They were black and so thick they were opaque. Right near me, a crazy pigeon began trying to get into the door (I was somehow behind a door, but outside at the same time). I knew something bad was going on.
Then all of a sudden I could feel the air pressure drop, like it was sucking the air out of my lungs and that's when I looked in the distance and beyond the crazy swarms of birds I could see the blackest of clouds with a cartoonishly dark and solid cylindrical funnel cloud tearing across the landscape towards me.
I ran inside with someone (mywife?) and closed us up in a closet. That's when I began to cross the line into wakefulness because I knew I was dreaming, but wanted to see if the tornado would hit before I completely woke up. It didn't, and I did.

I've been having really trippy and vivid dreams pretty much every night. It's gotten to the point now where I go to sleep wondering what my next adventure will be and wake up thinking "how the fuck do I come up with his stuff?!".
I blame watching courage the cowardly dog right before I go to sleep every night.

I had a rather enjoyable one last night or early this morning.
I was in an indoor zoo (basically a zoo inside a large building) when I saw some animals running free. It seems some mime was releasing animals. I saw him tossing a ball to two zebras as handlers were trying to get the zebras back to their cage. I told the handlers, "You get the zebras. I'll take care of the mime."
I walked up to the mime (who was about half a foot taller than I), and as one zebra hit the ball (with his snout) back to him, I snatched the ball.
The mime glared at me and said, "Give me the ball. Give me the @$%#@ ball!"
"You talked!" I replied. "You just talked."
He reached for the ball, but I tossed it away and grabbed his wrist. I then proceeded to punch him in the face, timing my words/syllables with my punches:
"You...broke...the...mime...code."
I then flipped him to the ground and continued my assault.
"You don't...@%$@@...break...the...mime...code! Do...you...under-stand?"
By then, he was unconscious, and his face paint was more red than white.
Security picked him up and took him away. By this point, the handlers had regained control of all the animals, and everyone just resumed what they were doing before.
Except for me...
I had beaten up a mime. That was awesome! I remember starting to walk away when I jumped up in the air, yelling, "Yes! Yes! Yes!"
I then thought to myself, 'There's the violence. The only thing that could make this better is sex. What do I do; just ask some random woman to have sex with me?"
Apparently I was thinking that last part aloud because some short, slightly meaty woman with orange-pink hair stopped and said, "I'll have sex with you."
I knew now I was definitely dreaming. But since most of my sex dreams end either with my waking up early or interrupted (like once some guy appeared and said he was stopping the dream), there was no way I was going to let this go.
I followed her to an office, where I proceeded to close and lock all the doors. This was both to keep anyone from interfering, and (I'm guessing) to symbolically keep myself from waking up. I was going to finish this dream! And I did!
A perfect blend of violence and sex...now That's a perfect dream!

I had a pretty weird one last night.
So I was supposed to go take an exam, but they changed the room that I was supposed to take said exam in. The problem was, the room they told me to go to was in the Y Wing. My school doesn't doesn't have a Y Wing. So I asked some random person where the Y Wing was, and they took me there. Well, the Y Wing is accessed by going through one of the janitor closets and down this really creepy staircase that has all of these dead animals nailed to the wall. I get to the room I'm supposed to be in, and go and take my seat. The exam proctor walks into the room, and with a start I realize that it's my dad's friend, who moved to Italy three years ago. She tells us that the exam has been canceled, but we're not allowed to leave. We still have to stay in that room until the allotted time for the exam is up. So we have to color coloring book pages until then.
...yeah. It was pretty bizarre.

Last night I dreamed I was in Canberra (I think) and had to walk to my mum's house from the bus station. For some reason I had no idea where the fuck to go, but instinctively I would always manage to somehow find my way there. Whenever I finally arrived I would then find myself back at the bus station and have to walk there again.
For some reason, the last couple of times I was wearing nothing but a pair of undies and a massive trench coat.

I need to start trying to have lucid dreams again. I've been too distracted lately. Though I was reading something earlier today about WILD--wake induced lucid dreaming--basically where you start dreaming as you're falling asleep. Now I get those every so often, but I realize I'm dreaming because whatever I'm thinking about stuff starts to make no sense so I know I'm falling asleep. A few nights ago I started dreaming I had a pm on here from someone who was mad at me or something, so I went to read it but it was like gobbeldygook so I knew I was dreaming. Now that I know that, it's a matter of figuring out how to control stuff. Anyway one night last week I had a dream where I was hanging out with this guy I knew in high school who I haven't talked to in a long time. We were at his house just hanging out, and then his family came home. Yeah, I'm boring.

I'm pretty sure I had one the other night that was at least lucid for part of it. I made myself a caramel apple burrito for dinner. I don't remember cutting up the apple, but I put them in the pan and put the caramels in. I knew it was a dream because I wouldn't really be able to eat it IRL. I was sitting on the couch eating and set it down and I knew that wasn't real either because I wouldn't put it down without a plate under it. Then there was someone at the door and I went to go answer it; I don't remember who it was though.

Very weird dream last night
I dreamed i was in some sort of old english village. And this guy came up and started talking to me. Im not sure what the conversation was but he told me to go to this womans place. I go there and she gave me a key. Then she told me to go to an old mans place. I did and he gave me a sword. Then he told me to go to this place for jury duty
I go to this place and there is a huge door with a shape of a heart and several key holes lining it. I put my key in and open the door. I walk inside and its a large room with a dining table in the middle. Theres plates set up but only two of them had food on it. The two plates both had an individual chicken on them.
I decide to go to the bathroom and I see two doors. The first had "White woman, black men" on it. The other had "white men, black women on it" So i go through the seconds one. And in that bathroom was a huge shallow pool thing and everybody was pissing or crapping into it.
Then I woke up.

My girlfriend had a dream last night that caused some minor drama.
She dreamed that she and I were apartment hunting, and we had a mutual (male) friend with us. She was talking to said friend in her dream, so said his name out loud. Repeatedly. Which woke me up.
At 4AM, I hear my gf crying out another guy's name. It would have caused more drama, but I know she sees this guy as her little brother.

Man, I had the weirdest dream two nights ago. I dreamed that everything was raping me. First these two lobsters were raping me. First they had sex, and then they deposited the eggs up my dick with one of their lobster dicks (I don't know if lobsters even have dicks.) Then these dinosaurs raped me. The a bunch of humans tried to rape me, but I got away. This was almost like a different dream, and I think I was a girl in it.
You'd think a rape dream would be a nightmare, but it turns out that dream rape is a lot less traumatic than real rape. I have no idea what brought on this dream. It was really odd. Does this mean that I'm crazy?

I just remember one I had some time ago. In this one, I was watching as if on TV. Later when I woke up, I made it into a story in my Movies game.
Anyway, (The Beginning was inspired by an episode of Archie Bunker...I'm not a fan of the show...I just remember this part), this older man was in his bedroom grieving the sudden loss of his wife. she then appeared to him as a ghost and said not to grieve for her anymore. She was not in any pain, and she didn't want him to suffer and die of heartache. When he refused, she decided desperate times called for desperate measures.
She suddenly turned into a hideous form (think the librarian from Ghostbusters) and started screaming at him to leave. She followed him as he rushed out the room (the camera was right behind him so I could only hear her voice at this point), down the stairs, and out the door. The last thing he heard was, "LEAVE AND NEVER RETURN!" before the door slammed shut.
He ended up staying over his friend's, who were skeptical about the event but concerned the man's condition. Later, his wife returned to him in a dream, but back in her normal form. She apologized for what she did, but she didn't want him to die of grief. She told him he could send someone back to the house to retrieve money and anything that belonged just to him. They were not to touch anything that was hers, theirs, or had her picture. The house, with everything else in it, was then to be destroyed. Finally, she said she loved him and they would be together again, but until then, he needed to live his life as much as he could. She then blew him a kiss and said goodbye.
The story/dream ended with a shot of the house exterior as a narrator said the friend decided to sell the house instead of destroying it. A young couple then moved into the house (with screams heard as the front door again slammed shut...)

*bump* I had one the other night where I was at my parents' house, and there was a tornado and we were in the barn that is made of concrete, and I was hunkered down in one of the horse stalls with my arms protecting my head while the tornado passed and the windows were rattling from the wind. And what happens? Last night while I was at work we had TWO tornado warnings! Anyway, then I had another one where my teeth started falling out. It was really painful, and bloody. I was happy when I woke up and realized it was only a dream. Last night I had one where I was at the used book shop downtown, and I found a huge wad of cash in a trash can. I took it, and then overheard someone talking about it--turned out it was money from a fundraiser they were doing. So I gave the money back, but they didn't give me a reward or let me have a free book or anything. Cheap bastards. A while ago I had one where I was at some music festival or something. I met this group; the singer must have been pretty cute because I remember liking him in the dream. I was also carrying around this cat, named Queen Elizabeth, who I called Queenie and was a Himalayan or longhaired-siamese. Then someone else was carrying a baby orangutan, and wanted me to hold it, so I gave her the cat and there I was cuddling this baby orangutan. Which was actually pretty cute. Still though, it was kind of weird. o_0

I have super-crazy dreams all the time. Here are a few ones from my archives, since I'm too lazy right now to type up recent ones. One long one, then shorter ones for the TLDR.
The setting was a semi-far-future scifi setting. There was a ubiquitous religion which both held metaphysical truth and was dominated by a corrupt association of organized religion. The three main characters in the dream were a teenaged boy, who was the messiah (in some awaited incarnation) of this religion, a woman, and an android. AIs were barred from the ranks of the organized religion and it was generally very politically difficult for people not in a highly nepotistic social strata to be clergy.
A few of the priests were aware of the messiah, but he had to stay away from them in order to actually do his work. He was aware that he was going to be killed at a certain time which was 5 days from the origin of the dream. He anointed the girl as a priest, which she needed to be but could not become due to lack of political ties. This gave her the metaphysical powers allotted to the priesthood (which were also gained by those who became priests through the organized, political fashion; it was only the avatar nature of the boy that allowed him to induct her outside of the bureaucracy). He was however restrained in strange fashions by current dogma. As such, she then anointed the robot, as they were both aware that in fact AIs had souls. The organization thus had to by necessity and doctrine accept it as a priest and a soulled being, which they were not down with. Thus the three were having to hide harder from the church to prevent the assassination of the robot priest.
The girl at one point got into a big fight in a bar/cafe place with some very traditional adherent of the religion about AI. She had acquired electronic information of some nature and was loading it up in the robot so that it would know it. The other patron asked what it was about (it was some very dense philosophical information), and after being told laughed and said "I'd like to see him chaining with THAT!" (Referring to Markov Chains) to which she angrily replied "It does not 'chain'. It THINKS!"
The avatar was killed at the appointed time by a failed assassination attempt on the android, and the two remaining party members then had to continue to go about their mission of spiritual freedom for all sentient-being-kind.

*While I have no recollection of the context if there was one, I had some dream which had a voiceover saying "Where the men are men, the women are bisexual, and everyone is covered in glitter!" along with a visual of implausibly-muscled and scantily-clad people covered in glitter.
----
I had a dream where there was a club called the Sophomore Club of people who were purposefully sophomoric. two of my friends were offended because they are sophomores in college, and thus made their own Sophomores Against the Sophomoric Club and went to war with the Sophomore Club. This involved making lots of propaganda posters.
----
*There was a knitting tutorial, which had a closeup of knitting, and the person doing it declared, "And on every 40th stitch, everyone has an orgasm." [Now we know why knitting is so hip nowadays, amiright?]
