While I was hoping the need for this thread would not arise, recent events have transpired that have shown me that it is indeed necessary in the near and distant future for such a reporting system to exist. In order to simplify things, I have decided to consolidate the three threads from the old forums into one. This one. Following are direct quotes from the preceding threads detailing their purpose:
A more recent example of the abovecan be found used to be located here, but I fixed it so it's more of a continued example of preferred formatting (the format makes it simpler and faster for me or another mod to fix it):

Violation: Editorializing (Commentary in Quote)

Or, as I put it:
And so the purpose of this thread is to collect and report, with evidence and statement of reason, the things which were previously reported in the aforementioned threads.
If you find a poe, provide a link and proof of the poe's poe-ness.
If you find a repeat, provide a link both to the current and previous quotes. If it has repeated multiple times, that will be both disturbing and good to know, so please post the link for each instance of the quote.
If you find a quote that has a miscellaneous violation as described above, please provide the link and the nature of the violation as formatted above, though how you word it is up to you. (Please do your research on this! I once nearly reported editorializing that turned out to be actually part of the quote!) Note that summing up what came before the quote is fine and not editorializing. This is also what should be done with the occasional blatant fabrication.
If you find a quote that shouldn't have been a quote in the first place, provide a link to the quote and explain why you think it should never have been approved. Examples would be simple statements of belief, things that are generic, things that are just whining with no significant additional element to them, and other signs that the quote was chosen because the submitter didn't know what they were doing or didn't care.
Basically, give us your reposts, your poes,
your ego-bubbles begging to be burst,
the products of the vengeance-seeking boor.
Send these, the battered, mine-raped quotes to us,
that we may strike and suffer them no more.
"Poes and Poe-roof" by Distind
We've all seen the accusations of a quote being a poe, well, generally they're pretty damn funny either way. But, if you have a suspected poe post it here along side any proof of poe-ity you've got.

"REPOST! (seriously, report the things here)" by Distind
I'm whipping up a handly little tool which should let me check a repost out quickly before much longer, so report them here and I(or other bored mods once I distribute the thing) will check them out.

"Misc Mainpage Violations" by Lady Renae
Since there has been a perceived air recently of going hard-ass on the dumbasses, I figured I'd create a space to air some of the non-poe, non-repeat, general violation submissions that somehow make it to the mainpage. Such submissions could include unnecessary editorializing, source mislabeling, derogatory name alterations (this includes the name of the source), manipulative quote-mining (making something look bad when it wasn't that way in its original context), and utter fabrications.
I would encourage the hunting and shooting of simple statements of belief, but that would probably result in excessive copypasta of nearly one third of the mainpage. Hell, I'm probably being generous with that figure.
I'll get things started:

I made this post due to a recent overload of non-fundie quotes entering fstdt. During this week, at most five quotes I have are are severely non-fundamental and seem merely posted to pay out religion in general... Most people agree that these posts of such do not belong on fstdt, it is sad to say a large amount of atheists are using this site as a slug out on religion in general instead of fundamentalism.
This is NOT the true nature of this site.

Standards, people! We have them. It's time to exercise them a little bit harder.
