Wicked. Oh my, I had no idea it was going to be like this. Definitely not a kids' book! I find myself going at least every other page.

A Short History Of Nearly Everything by Bill Bryson. Very interesting, I should say.

So Sexy So Soon by two people whose names I didn't take the liberty to remember.
Pretty interesting and quite funny.
If you find 6-year-olds asking their parents "What's a blowjob?" funny.

Who doesn't? Aside from the parents in question, that is.

Dune.
I wanted some good sci-fi, so I figured "why not go with a classic"?

I have recently discovered Marion Zimmer Bradley.
Witchlight was bittersweet.

A Scanner Darkly and re-reading The Ancestor's Tale. Both are wonderful.

Gentleman of The Road by Michael Chabon.
I've only read the first few pages, but it seems pretty interesting so far.

Because it's relevant to my interests. ^_^ Someone on Livejournal gave it a bad review; actually it's pretty good so far. I still remember one of my college music professors telling us about what a womanizer Liszt was and how all the women would faint after him. ;D

History of the USSR
Everything about the USSR from basically the dawn of man to 1917.
There's a second book about that covers 1918 and beyond, but I have no idea if my school library has it.
And two weeks ago I read volume 1 & 2 of High School Debut. Loved it, hopefully volume 3 & 4 are out. well they've been out for a few years, but the store I found the first two volumes got them last week.

Finished Under the Dome at 5:30 this morning. Took me a week of picking and pecking through the first 500 pages, then I read the last 500 in a 5-hour span. I have to agree with the critical consensus that Big Jim is probably the best King villain in a long time; but I did have to restrain myself from facepalming when King referenced Napoleon Dynamite and The Mist: The Movie! within 2 pages of each other.
