The world's biggest cases of Irony are usually right inside US politics anymore. All the people claiming morals and values seem to be the ones without either It's a case of "the Emperor's new clothes." Well, sort of. They keep people in line because nobody really wants to be the one to admit they have an "unwholesome" lifestyle, and oddly enough, when they turn out to be unwholesome themselves, their followers eat them alive. A more sensible response might be to realise that everyone is flawed, and save the casting of stones for someone not rocking a glass house. But it's easier to play holier than thou. Also: RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAEG!

I don't know what's more infuriating: the fact that this asshole has the gall to fuck over more than a million and a half American citizens over a technical point of accounting-sheet placement, the fact that he feels it is appropriate to act like a 13 year old with a new swear word, or the fact that he has the sheer balls to complain that he is missing a basketball game by being forced to do the job he campaigned for.

The fact that people take him seriously.

Ok, I give, what's with the anymore rage thing? Use of "anymore" as a synonym for "nowadays," annoys the fuck out of me. I understand it's common in parts of the US to do this, but it's a misuse where I come from and it always irks me in a sentence.

This is why politicians should be kicked out at random, none of this retirement bullshit. Now he's gonna be a complete asshole since there's nothing he has to worry about, and retire with a nice big, fat retirement package including (irony) a government sponsored health plan that covers his ass for the rest of his crusty old life on the taxpayer's (the people he's currently fucking over) buck...fucker
