So Glenn Beck says that Christian churches shouldn't try to do anything about poverty or human rights? That's funny, because there's this part of the Bible that that says something about this:
"... I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.’ Then the righteous will answer him, 'Lord, when did we see thee hungry and feed thee, or thirsty and give thee drink?' And the king will answer them, 'Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of my brethren, you did it to me.'"
Now, I'm not exactly Christian here, but that would seem like pretty damn good encouragement for churches to run "social justice" programs to me.

Aside from the staggering amount of factually incorrect information in that statement, by his logic wouldn't democracy be a bad thing? Because Hitler claimed to support it (even though Hitler didn't actually claim to support it)?
