But them tree-huggers hate Nuclear enegy too. They don't like these radioactive cement blocks that's being dumped into Nevada. They're still gonna dress up as dolphins and blame Obama for ruining the planet. Well, but who cares about them? Coal is our primary source of electricity, it's also more radioactive than nuclear waste. So, at the least, nuclear power does less harm. I did not know that coal was radioactive, if I may push my luck, can I have a source. I would not underestimate the effects of cesium 137 leak either, look at Yucca Mountain for example. Wrecking the ecology and general environment of the world one disaster at a time. Good grief.

Coal contains radon. This is released as gas and in the fly ash from a coal power plant.

It also contains trace amounts of other radioactive isotopes. There ends up being more radioactive material that needs to be disposed of with coal plants than nuclear plants.

I don't know, Jodie, it'd be awfully hard to get through that skull of hers, and from what I understand, there is nothing of value inside.

Oh, there's research opportunities. For one, we'd be able to figure out how an adult human can live without a functioning brain.

Hell, I remember how a couple of years ago there was talk of drilling for oil in Lake Michigan near Muskegon. I don't know if anything is going through or not but I am hoping that they won't because of how this current situation is affecting the ecosystem in that area of the Gulf. Now imagine what would happen to Lake Michigan if the same situation were to occur. Basically if an oil spill happened in one of the world's largest freshwater system then we would truly be fucked.
