www.urlesque.com/2010/06/30/send-justin-bieber-north-korea/NK is currently alternating with Israel for the top spot. Antarctica is in the top 30 with 13,000 votes, which is pretty impressive for a continent with no permanent residents. Certainly no shenanigans afoot here. Typical 4Chan stunt that will ultimately amount to nothing, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't snicker at the thought of Justin Bieber in North Korea.

Ah, 4chan, sometimes I hate you, but sometimes, you do something like this.
EDIT: Why in the hell is that kid popular? He can't sing, the music behind the singing sucks, the lyrics suck, he's an idiot and he's like 15!

I want to grab him and shave his head. That would ruin his career.

I think the "chan-sters" involved with the "Poll Bombing" should diversify their options a bit, and include Somalia, Myanmar, Belize, Libya and Mongolia.
I think that kid's hair stylist is under contract to never expose his forehead.
Why do people insist on big decisions like tour planning be given to the mercy of the Internet? I'm reminded of the Hillary Clinton campaign asking people out in Internet Land what her campaign theme song should be. They wound up with a Celine Dion song.

Huh, I'm surprised she didn't end up with the Rick Roll.

Why do people insist on big decisions like tour planning be given to the mercy of the Internet? No doubt said big decisions aren't given to the mercy of the Internet at all; instead, it's a sort-of backup to the market research already done and a bone of democracy tossed to the fanbase of the given act or franchise. It'd probably be more effective to place suprisingly large orders of relevant products online and have them ship to Mogadishu or Pyongyang, but even then, Bieber wouldn't end up within three thousand miles of either city.

I know it's a bit sparse and it's a shit time to be a farmer, which most Mongolians are, but as countries go the worst thing you can say about visiting it is that it is boring and fairly depressing.

Hey man, I voted for North Korea a few times.
It probably won't amount to anything due to North Korea being North Korea or some shit that amount to "Yeahno, he's not going there", but damn it I can dream.
