Was my login name for the network in my high school. Just kept it for everything else.

An attempt on the mainpage to warn some innocents who were trying to debate Tr0y (during one of his "don't remain shutting your mind down" spam attacks) to give up and leave him alone. It went along the lines of "ladies and gentlemen, please do not feed the trolls" so I picked Caretaker (janitor to the US crowd). By the time I hit the forums, it had grown on me.

When the movie "Lilo and Stitch" came out, everyone who saw it and knew me when I was a kid--my brother, the man who's been one of my very good friends since we were three, a couple of my aunts--said the little girl, Lilo, reminded them so much of me. People who didn't know me when I was little said that they could see me being a lot like Lilo when I was a girl. And I could see it--my father died when I was small, I love to surf and dance, I like being a girl but never quite fit with other girls, and I'm even chubby with long hair and bangs!
But Lilo's a Native Hawaiian, and I'm a Florida Cracker. I originally used "CrackerLilo" (I still use it at Blogspot and Flickr) for that reason. But everyone thinks I'm either using a racial insult or an unusually ardent fan of Wheat Thins and Cheez-Its. So I went to "GreenEyed" as a shorthand for "Like the little girl in the movie, but white, not Native Hawaiian."
Oh, and I answer to "Lilo" in real life, especially at the gym where my wife works. My wife hates it, because as the little, ultra-athletic, not really verbal person with big dark eyes whom I hang out with, she ends up being..."Stitch."

When we watched that movie in theatres, we got the the "practical Voodoo" or whatever it's called scene, where Lilo Looks up at the social worker and says "My friends need to be punished," and all three of my friends turned and looked at me. Then, when Jumba is explaining the havoc Stitch will cause, and ends it with stealing everyone's left shoe, they all look at me again. Juuust thought I'd share.

Well, back when I first got on the net, I found it hard to get a email addy... since my Ex called me her Tiger (don't ask) and because I'm a bit silly at times, I ended up with TigerGoneBonkers.
Of course, that's a tad long for forum names, so I ended up calling myself "Crazy-Tiger" instead... and when it came to the main page here, I shortened that to CT. (blame AOL for that... fucking "browser" wouldn't do auto-complete and I couldn't be arsed typing it all out every time)
Well, as time passed, more places had the Crazy-Tiger name taken before I got to them... so I decided to just stick with the Crazy part and pseudo-Romanize it... and here I am.

A 'caitshidhe' is a cat-faerie from Celtic mythology. They're very mischievous and curious, and they're nice to people who are nice to them but evil to people who aren't. Also, I have a shoulder puppet named Vinnie who is also a caitshidhe.

This name was used for my youtube account first. It's origins are mysterious even to me lol. I spent the night at a buddy's house, and he told me I was talking in my sleep. One of the things I apparently said was "No more banana's in my hurricane..."

I guess I wasn't the only one. Gabba gabba Hey! A 'caitshidhe' is a cat-faerie from Celtic mythology. They're very mischievous and curious, and they're nice to people who are nice to them but evil to people who aren't. Also, I have a shoulder puppet named Vinnie who is also a caitshidhe. I figured it was an ancient celtic sock puppet that stole cookies.

Nope, no cookie-thieves here! This is Vinnie--on the left in the green cape. He's playing cards with Boudicca the purple gryphon--and is distressed because he was losing. (Yes, I'm insane. Move along.)

You say insane as though it's a pejorative. Why?

When I was trying to come up with a decent username, I had the song "Until It Sleeps" by Metallica stuck in my head. So I just decided to stick with it.

I had a Lilo avatar based on that scene. Need to find it again for this summer, after the Pens' season is over.
