Okay, I know we have to go through a transition from FSTDT to FSTDT2.0 (as I'm referring to it as) but, I stumbled upon an article which might cheer people up and piss off fundies. It looks as though monkeys have an innate sense of morality: www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/environment/article5733638.ece ;D Enjoy!

But clearly the scientists are lying to promote the theory of evolution. After all, all scientists are all part of an evil cabal to deny the existence of god.

Bring forth the ceremonial flaming rhinoceros of darwin! You mean the teddy-bear and lighter (damn credit crunch) Don't worry. It's only temporary.

Nice article, thanks for sharing!
I would actually expect all animals that rear their young to have some amount of morality, otherwise why wouldn't they just abandon them like some species do?

Nice article, thanks for sharing! I would actually expect all animals that rear their young to have some amount of morality, otherwise why wouldn't they just abandon them like some species do? It can be argued that animals that rear their young aren't taking care of their offspring for moral reasons, but rather for simple biological reasons. To make sure that their offspring grows up and reproduces. This ensures that that some of the parent's genes are passed on.

Bleh, this is what I get for putting forth an argument I don't agree with an fully rember from when I studied anthropology. Just trying my best to provide an answer to your question.
I can't really answer the question because I'm sure that same biological imperatives apply to humans too, along with morals, and laws.
