It wouldn't be biology if it didn't have exceptions. Although oxidizing water is pretty damn hard to do there still could be something undiscovered that is even more powerful.

I'm referring to sneezing with your eyes open. It can be done. I don't remember whether people train themselves to do it or if they're just born that way or both. Either way, it's not "impossible."
