You know, I think what may be the worst part of this for me, is that despite the assault on the two men, the pastor didn't even have the balls to do it himself. If you are so hateful and homophobic to request your followers to beat up your own son, yet does not dare take part himself. What a coward.
You know how fundie homophobe parents often disown their children for being gay, well if I was this guy, I would disown my father and go live with the boyfriend.

Would that be before or after burning his house down after quietly moving all your stuff to a secure location?

I would attempt to claim my full inheritance early.

He probably didn't give his son any inheritance. And if that's the case, then I would just dump him off in a nursing home somewhere.

So, what's with the whole "not allowed to press charges at the church" bullshit? It sounds like the cop (assuming that the cop wasn't allowing it) needs to have his job taken away faster than you can say bullshit!

That cop should have all pay taken from him. Retroactively.

I need an angry country, the angry dome isn't big enough to contain my rage. Ironbite has an anger dimension you can use.

Meh. I'll flat out say it. The one guy deserved to get fucking stabbed, and the other guy deserved to have his house burn to the ground. Now what will be really awesome is if it turns out that neither incident is involved in any way with the horrible beating they inflicted on two innocent men.

I'd think that some of we forumites are insane, but none of us (save twatwaffles like AA) are that stupid, LHM. We have more common sense than that (I'd hope)

Ever mind the rule of three... It seems the Deacon did not. I have nothing more to say on the matter.

absolutely zero sympathy for either of them. I do hope the fire was a true accident though.

I'm not suggesting for a moment that any of our regular posters are involved in any way. However... if you'll take a moment to recall recent events which may have been motivated by violence laced "rhetoric", you may begin to see my concern.

Huh, so it turns out if we wish hard enough we CAN alter reality.
