Already addressed. Anyway, the real outrage is that we still treat lots of people worse than we treat dogs. But maybe that's because dogs are fuzzywuzzyupsypuppydo's who deserve scratches behind the ears, yes they do, yes they do, whereas poor people deserve a swift kick in the throat and to have their voting rights removed.
