Hmm...the Star Trek test says I'm a Vulcan, with rather strong Klingon leanings. Horray, eclectic mix!

I took the Libertarian Purity Test and got 83. www.bcaplan.com/cgi-bin/purity.cgi"You are a medium-core libertarian, probably self-consciously so. Your friends probably encourage you to quit talking about your views so much."

My score on that test was 52, in the medium-core range, pretty much where I thought I'd be. Some of the questions, though, were either deliberate trick questions or were foolish oversights. For example: Q: "Should the Fed be abolished and replaced with free banking and privately issued money?" My A: The Federal Reserve works with the government, but never for the government. The Fed is a privately-owned banking cartel; therefore, Federal Reserve Notes are privatized currency. The Fed should be abolished, but only to place the power of minting and circulating money entirely back into government hands. Money is one of the few things that should never be privatized. Q: "Should the State be abolished?" My A: No, but even if one were to assume that it should, that's anarchism. Libertarianism advocates minimal government, not no government.

Hey I got Vulcan too! Congrats, you're a Vulcan! You tend to be the more logical person. Whenever a difficult task comes up, you are the one with the answer. You analyse everything, and make sure you have the right answer before saying anything. You tend to be a more peaceful person, preferring not to act in violence. You are extremely loyal to your friends. However, many people tend to see you as emotionless. This is not true. You tend to hide your emotions from others, rather than let them show through. You are very good at giving advice and saving the humans when they make reckless mistakes. Now if only they did one on which character you are. ETA: Oh and here is my nerd score

Apparently I have a bit of a violent streak... and I'd make a good Romulan.

Scored a 19 on the Libertarian test. Wish I had scored lower, US Libertarianism is disgusting.
Edit:The social views tend to be okay, the economic views are what I have issues with.

I like the final category for the libertarian test:
"160 points: Perfect! The world needs more like you."

Libertarian Score: 41 . . . right down the middle. Well, I am a moderate and independent.
Nerd Score: 50, lightly Nerdy. I wonder if there's a geek test somewhere.

Libertarian Score: 41 . . . right down the middle. Well, I am a moderate and independent. Nerd Score: 50, lightly Nerdy. I wonder if there's a geek test somewhere. There are quite a few: www.innergeek.us/geek-test.htmlI'm apparently only a Major Geek simply because I don't do a lot of math stuff or run Linux. Here's a gaming test survey.ihobo.com/BrainHex/Your BrainHex Class is Achiever. Your BrainHex Sub-Class is Achiever-Seeker. You like collecting anything you can collect or doing everything you possibly can as well as finding strange and wonderful things or finding familiar things. According to your results, there are few play experiences that you strongly dislike. Your scores for each of the classes in this test were as follows: Achiever: 19 Seeker: 18 Conqueror: 15 Mastermind: 12 Survivor: 11 Socialiser: 7 Daredevil: 6
