Pretty much this. One to keep in mind for the next "gays will destroy the sanctity of marriage" argument you encounter. Also: I'm still trying to work out why in the hell I even know who this talentless, utterly vacuous woman even is. Damn populist media and checkout tabloids, that's brain space I could be using to know more about armour! ETA:

I hear her name plenty often, but I still don’t know who she is. But I have picked up just enough to know that what I want to remedy about that situation is the “hear her name plenty often” bit.

In fact, that's basically what she's famous for. You know "famous for being famous"? Kim is famous for being friends with someone famous for being famous. You can actually get a fair amount of almost interesting backstory here, if you ever need to.

Kim Kardashian... God, I hate that woman. This latest "news story" (oh noez a celebrity couple is getting divorced! Gimme a break) is just another instance of Hollywood stupidity that gives everyone in a country of some 300 million people a bad name. Is there any way to get the US citizenship of Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton, Snooki, Britney Spears, and Lindsay Lohan revoked? Aye aye aye...

And even then it's even odds if they'll revoke their citizenship.

Didn't MAD Magazine predict this? I could've sworn MAD Magazine made a joke about how Kim Kardashian was a cynical gold-digging bitch...

But, of course, the pro-gay-marriage arguments still stand, with or without Kim Kardashian.
