The only way to stop this is to arrest the head clowns immediately. Then they can never pollute the airwaves again.

Let's just say that American policemen are a group of like-minded people drawn from the working class, with a distinctive dress code and attitude, organized according to a strongly-enforced yet conflicting hierarchy system that involves overlapping zones of influence, who are disproportionately likely to be involved in criminal affairs but have much better chances to get away with it thanks to the pervasive influence of their peers on the judicial system, and leave it at that. *phew*

So do they, as a group with leadership and a hierarchy, actually engage in any illegal business ventures (such as drugs, arms dealing, prostitution, people smuggling, the usual shit)? Because if not, they're not a real gang.

Precisely, and the latter are nowhere near serious enough to warrant FBI attention. A group of meatheaded idiots should be simple enough for the police to take care of.

*shrugs* Perhaps they're simply trying to find something to do, now that Osama is dead? I dunno why the Bureau is doing this.

FBI is domestic and CIA is international. I'm aware of that. Not all terrorists live in Arabic-speaking countries, though. *coughKACZYNSKIcough* I just mentioned bin Laden because he's been America's bogeyman for the last decade.

Sounds to me like someone at the FBI was taking Gamzee a little too seriously. Not all juggalos are the Bard of Rage, guys!
