But other than Social Darwinism, I don't know of anything even remotely like that. There is this movie 'What the Bleep do we know'. Watch it, or rather don't, as it's all quantum mysticist.

Cat
Irritatingly I can't find the clip of the uncertainty principle demonstrated by horse racing. Suffice to say it went something like this;
"And the winner of the 2000 guinea cup is Danny Boy in a quantum finish." "YOU CHANGED THE RESULT BY MEASURING IT!" *rips up betting slip*
Though I did find this perfect example of how the fuck quantum physics works

Heard of the movie, no intention of watching it.
Is that a episode with Fry arresting Schroedinger new?

Magnetism has been peddled as a miracle cure for decades. Some others: Psychic surgery; "mystics" who insist that " enlightened DNA" can have a quadruple/quintuple/sextuple/etc. helix; astrologers who claim that gravity & other forces from various celestial bodies are responsible for the zodiac personalities; the radiation "wellfullness" devices from the first half of the 20th century; and many more. This reminds me of how DNA spirals that "twist the other way" was a plot point in Strange Days At Blake Holsey High. Went back one page. Thought I was reading new responses.
