Didn't fox news actually get around delivering valid news by claiming they are actually an entertainment station or something? Although being less informed than people who don't look up news, is a special kind of low.

Didn't fox news actually get around delivering valid news by claiming they are actually an entertainment station or something? That’s what I heard. Of course, this claim is only available on the official government-type documents that their audience never sees. That way they can portray themselves as a bona fide news organization to said audience.

Fox News? Entertainment? That's... suspiciously appropriate.

Although being less informed than people who don't look up news, is a special kind of low. That was actually a FOX (as in the broadcast network) affiliate not directly connected to FOX News, though FOX News is certainly living up to the spirit of this judgment. NPR and PBS are constantly being attacked by the far right for being "liberal," yet these kinds of studies consistently rank NPR and PBS news audiences as the most informed groups. They're almost unwittingly admitting reality itself has what they perceive as a "liberal bias."

But I would hazard a guess that the attention would make it a tad more difficult to pick up newer true believers, unless maybe they tried to pull it off like their own version of The Daily Show.

I something similar a while ago. MSNBC and Public broadcasting do much better, although they have some weak points.

Let's be fair to lexikon here. I sometimes forget to type certain words. Thing is, I reread my posts, and then go back and fix them in editing.
