Proceeding to exfil Charlie..will form perimeter and await exfil... (Wow...just like the real Army...lol) Really? I remember it being more like that, then your radio would chirp with the exfil crew sitting there at LZ Delta wondering where everyone is.

I present to you the REAL "war on Christmas." That is fricking hilarious, Sandman. You have to wonder if the imagery is intentional or not.

Oh god, I remember watching a video or show at one point where the holiday had been changed to "Giftmas" instead of "Christmas" and it was essentially people buying presents for themselves and snapping at each other and being jerks. ...Which, funnily enough, happens all the time during Christmas. maybe you mean this? www.youtube.com/watch?v=wCbYVFmDes8&feature=related

My fiancee works for a large toy store. She had a guest tell her "Merry Christmas," and she replied with "Happy Holidays." The guest looked at her funny, then asked "do you not celebrate Christmas?" My fiancee (who has worked retail for about 10 years, 5 of them at the toy store chain) replied "Ma'am, look around. This is what the Christmas season has come to mean to me. Guests fighting over toys, being yelled at because we do not have a certain toy in stock. So no, I do not celebrate Christmas." All very well showed in the documenatry posted above. Shop personel who even was spat at.

I've worked in retail for nearly 18 years and I've seen fist fights between grown adults during the season. I've also seen workers getting screamed out, items yanked out of their hands, and and nearly run over by idiots with carts or cars.
It's one of many reasons I prefer Halloween as my favorite holiday.

Will you stop doing that? There are rules on this forum. People read multiple threads; you don't have to post that multiple times, especially when it's off-topic. I mean, I started the thread about the Turin Shroud and yet you didn't even look at it.

As long as this thread's still alive... I present to you the REAL "war on Christmas." Does anyone else see this as a Monty Python cartoon?

I'm tempted to call customer service one day, just to say "I appreciate what you and your coworkers do for us. You endure much abuse, much pain, and much confusion. I appreciate that. I hope you have a nice day."
