My cat Mookitty loves to sit on my feet. He also has “conversations” with me. If he meows at me and I meow back, he’ll keep doing it until I stop meowing with him. I want to watch this. It sounds adorable. :3 My dog, Angel, is insanely paw-expressive. If you scratch his belly and he's feeling playful, he'll try to hold your arm down with his paws so he can nip at it. When we lived at the folks' house, Angel would sit behind my brother's seat while he was playing video games and lick his hair for hours. (My bro has a crew cut.)

Your pug is the brother-from-another-mother to my mother's pomchihuahua. He'll do the same thing. He barks at everything even when indoors, and he will constantly scrutinize everyone who isn't mother. Surprisingly, he's more bark than bite, though we haven't really put him to the test. He's bitten me a few times but always been harshly scolded for it - and not by me, but by my mother, who he constantly defers to and runs to when scared.

My dog Kowalski thinks he's a cat and sleeps on his back with his legs splayed.
Ironbite-it's....interesting.

I would love to see a pic of that just from the sheer imagery alone.

My dog Kowalski thinks he's a cat and sleeps on his back with his legs splayed. My late dachshund/terrier mix did that for several years. Eventually, his arthritis got so bad that he couldn't lay like that any more. Our male cat plays with the dog toys. He'll carry them around.

When she was younger if my dog was lying around inside and saw me, even if its something like a fleeting glimpse of me walking past a doorway and showing no signs of paying her any attention in the immediate future, she'd roll onto her back in the hope that I'd scratch her belly.

My schnauzer will stretch out on your stomach if you'll let her.
My greyhound 'roaches'. Which is just another way of saying 'lies on his back with feet up in the air'.
Before they passed away, our poodles would lie on the back of the couch like cats do.

My old cat, Elliot, was raised with a dog prior to our adopting him. When he was alive, he actually used to sit up and beg like a dog if we were eating something that smelled tasty.

I keep hearing about how cats are graceful and elegant creatures. Well, not my cat. She's probably the clumsiest cat that ever lived.
First of all, she looks stupid. She's a calico, and her face has a big gray splotch all over it like she dipped it in paint, and she also has gray markings on either side of her mouth that look like a poofy mustache.
Secondly, whenever she looks up at me, she falls over because she can't keep her balance, and proceeds to roll around on the floor for about five minutes before getting up.
She chases things that aren't there, runs into glass windows, and somehow has figured out how to sit up like a person. (She kind of slouches though.)
She is also terrified of leaves.

I don't have any pets now but when I was a teenager we had this grey cat named Snappy.
He loved green olives and whenever we had olive burgers from the now defunct Get-Em-and-Go or the Hot and Now, he would go crazy rubbing up against the bags. We would feed him green olives and he would sit there and meow until we gave him more.
He would also rub his face and body against pizza boxes.

Huh... sounds like she may have an inner ear problem in regards to balance.
