Wow, Sarah Palin shows herself to be an opportunistic, unprincipled politician who will pander to whatever base seems the most advantageous to her. How NOT surprising. Oh, don't get me wrong. I don't think she should be anywhere near the Oval Office. This is just out of character for her. In fact, I'm in disbelief.

It can't be her, it's in English.

Bah. As I told someone else, she obviously STOLE it from someone. No one would write something so coherent for HER.

I am horrified to say that I kind of agree with every word of that. Why horrified? That appeared in the November 11th issue of the Wall Street Journal. And it's by Sarah Palin. In short, Palin is demonstrating projection and denial on her end. Next.

Oh, I don't for a moment think she wrote that. Neither do I for a moment think she believes it, either. She is just riding the populist "Throw-The-Bums-Out" mood of the country right now.
If she does believe it, her only motivation for publishing this is desperate, horrible jealousy that they wouldn't let her join the fun in Washington. So it's probably more of a "you won't let me play, so I'm going to tell on you" thing than any kind of real conviction of character.

Eh, she probably thinks the solution is to have lower taxes.

Eh, she probably thinks the solution is to have lower taxes. Then she'll steal the 999 plan and turn the numbers upside down to hide the theft without realizing it kills her fan base

Either the bimbo routine is an act to snag the moron vote, or this was written by her staff. Personally I could believe either. The staffer did it in the Starbucks with the Toshiba Laptop.

... I am horrified to say that I kind of agree with every word of that. Why horrified? That appeared in the November 11th issue of the Wall Street Journal. And it's by Sarah Palin. Sigh. What has the world come to when the sandman agrees with Sarah friggin' Palin. pour enough shit onto the living room rug and eventually no one can deny there' s a stink. Yes, palins' undoubtidly doing this to serve her own political interests (she doesn't seem to have turned down a little largess when ti suited her). But just because one is a hypocrite doesn't mean they are necessarily wrong.
