At any rate, Obama would never stoop to Rush's level. Never argue with an idiot, they drag you down to there level and beat you with experience.

And while we wait for the groveling GOP masses to repeat exactly what Rush says, here's something to prep for your conservative representatives. www.dccc.org/content/sorryHere is my "apology" LOL @ XOXO. I need to do this!

If the President won't give ME the time of day, then Rush Limbaugh is certainly less worthy of Obama's presence.

Also, you will NEVER see any Democrat apologizing to the Hollywood left, which was a group that dittoheads feared the last 8 years. Funny how Phil Gingrey and Michael Steele have to apologize to a guy who has never held public office and never will and makes a living off a radio show.
Ironic, ain't it?

IIRC, Michael Steele was recently asked to step down by one of the GOP.

I think that now is a good time for a quote from Voltaire (and what time isn't?) I always made one prayer to God, a very short one. Here it is: "O Lord, make our enemies quite ridiculous!" God granted it.

I wonder: is there any political situation more useful than having one's opponent flail about like a fish on land?

Seconded. Rush is a concrete block on the feet of the Repubs. And he will likely drag them down..

I caught this this morning. I also saw the RR had already had a thread devoted to this so called "battle", even a poll. And to nobody's surprise, they had Rushy at 98% and Obama at 2%. Nearly every comment was about how Rush was going to kick Obama's ass. It's amazing how many are in favor of this racist tub of lard. A vote for Obama on RR is a bannable offense.

The president doesn't 'debate' an entertainer. Period.
Just like the emperor doesn't perform--look what happened to Nero when he indulged in that shameful twattery.

We had eight years of a President who didn't even answer the questions given to him by the legit media, so I'm wondering why Rush thinks things should suddenly change.
Oh, right. He's a hypocrite.

Seriously? Rush Limbaugh, an irrelevant right-wing pundit who has never held any sort of public office or actually performed any kind of actual public service honestly thinks that a sitting President of the United States is going to debate him?
Seriously?
