Children/bestial marriages are easy to disarm with the quick soundbite "They don't have the mental capacity to enter into legal contracts." I use the metaphor mostly for polygamous marriages, which requires a more in-depth explanation of U.S. Equal Protection Clause doctrine and the similarly situated standard.
I can't think of a metaphor for incestuous marriages, which also does not pose Equal Protection Clause problems unlike same-sex marriage, but I can't think of an easy way to illustrate that.

Which & would reply with the usual "Treaty of Tripoli/1st Amendment/Founding Fathers Quotes"....followed by Jesus' Teachings on "Giving Unto Caesar" & "My Kingdom's Not of This World" & winding it down with "If God's so miffed about LGBTs, He would have blown up the country dozens of times YEARS AGO" or better yet "Blown up Scandanavia YEARS AGO". However, I would imagine that they won't be swayed by anything. They're weirdos with deranged amygdala gland thingys. Jesus' "Pearls Before Swine" quotes sums it up perfectly. But America's not like those Scandinaviam countries[/fundie]
