...ok, if this bothered her so much, then why didn’t she leave him sooner? Sounds like Grade A Gold Diggin’ to me.
Somewhere in France, a judge needs to be stripped of his seat on the bench.

I sort of hope anon is able to find out her identity and ruin her life.
The judge's too.

Well, I'm pretty pissed about this. There's no excuse.
Especially since at the site where I found the story, people were saying it was hilarious and that women are sexual creatures too and need loving.

That juxtaposition is just inherently funny to me, even when the anger is justified. Especially since at the site where I found the story, people were saying it was hilarious and that women are sexual creatures too and need loving. Apparently financially ruining someone’s life for no reason is amusing to some people. Now imagine the reaction if a man had sued a woman for this. And won.

This is a really dangerous precedent for France. I mean what effect does a decision like this have on marital rape.

Wow, so according to French law, married couples must have sex regularly. My god that's fucked up. Here I was thinking my own government is too much of a nanny-state.

How else is France to keep its reputation for sex and love?

How else is France to keep its reputation for sex and love? Well all their other stereotypes, quick to surrender, women who dislike shaving, public restrooms that make its counterpart in an American truck stop seem sterile in comparison and of course wearing nothing but berets, black tights and black and white striped t-shirts, have held up just fine without any government enforcement. I shouldn't see why this one is necessary.

My question is what is the minimum amount of sex necessary in order to comply?
