Like I said earlier, I haven't really noticed that I've killed threads, but I have noticed I get skipped over a lot. But that's to be expected. I mean, I'm still new, so it doesn't bother me that much.
And another thing I've noticed is it doesn't happen as much on this forum. With the old forum, I was virtually invisible, but not quite as much here.

With the old forum, I was virtually invisible, but not quite as much here. If I had a penny for every time I'd said something that I thought was witty or relevant, only to have the conversation pretend I don't exist, well I'd be a bloody crorepati by now. I dunno, I guess I tend to skip over some people's posts because, as Oriet said, I don't like just posting "I agree" or "You're funny". Both of those add far too much substance to the conversation for my standards.

And we all know you have no substance to speak of to begin with, Fluffers, so that's saying a lot coming from you. ^-^

This is a really good song. A good song that is now stuck in my head. Thanks so much.

I feel like I kill threads on message boards at times. This is why I lurk.

If you kill threads does that make you a murderer? More to the point, under which laws would you be prosecuted? Because you can't really ascertain the physical location in which the murder took place.

Ever try to scratch a chalk-line around an idea? Shaking words from a printed page would be easier. Killing a line of thought murders that which was likely already dead by proxy. Staring a new thought-thread by its virtue, or at least incorporating the dead thread into one's scope of experience * makes the the whole goddamn thing not murder, but evolution. That's pretty sweet. *(to be exploited later in the noble pursuit of knowledge acquision)

Speaking of which, has anybody noticed religious ads this board gets?
