buzz.yahoo.com/buzzlog/92648?fp=1Top one. This can be deleted at any time, I'm not sure if this is an acceptable post or not. It just struck me how funny it is that the guy who shot Dr. Tiller complains about his stay in prison and the restrictions they enforce. I was laughing with a friend about if he didn't want to be put in prison, a place of enforced restrictions, then maybe, just maybe, he shouldn't have gone out and committed murder! But to be fair, I'm sure he was under the impression that the world would have looked the other way and embraced him as the hero toppling an evil baby killing doctor.

Hm, sounds like an admission of being part of a terrorist cell. Of not acting alone.

They should give Roeder an extra blanket, as well as access to his CPAP. Why? Because, unlike their prisoner, they're not barbaric terrorist assholes - a fact for which that murderous prick should be grateful.

To be fair, isn't he only a suspect rather than a convict? I know the quotes in that article are somewhat incriminating, but let's not go all British-tabloid on the guy and trial by intuition. They should give Roeder an extra blanket, as well as access to his CPAP. Why? Because, unlike their prisoner, they're not barbaric terrorist assholes - a fact for which that murderous prick should be grateful. As for the main point of this, the coldness thing is slightly amiss, but there's no legal obligation to a phone call or anything else he was asking for.

Actually, when someone is arrested for anything, they ARE entitled to one telephone call. Whether he already got his or not is what would render that complaint valid or invalid.
He should also be allowed to consult his lawyer on the phone; lawyers can't always visit their clients in prison.

The CPAP - his sleep apnea machine - is a medical device. That whiny man-whore should have access to it. He should also get a second blanket. Other than that, however, he can FOAD for all anyone should care.
