I'd like DownloadHelper a lot more if I could get the flash files to play properly. Even after I convert them, I find I can't skip ahead or back without the whole video restarting. What are you using to convert? I use "FLV To MPEG" or whatever it's official name is. It's like, freeware or something.

"It's like, freeware or something."
For some reason, I read that with Butt-head's voice.
Also, I think I have a new friend in DownloadHelper, for it lets me steal things from YouTube with surprising ease. Also, I'm using a converter, too; the one they tell you to use when you try it w/o one...I forget which one it is, but it can do mpeg, which is fine for me.

I've been converting to .avi, I'll try doing it to mpeg.
The first time I typed that, I put .mpreg. I need more sleep and less slash.

I'm a fan of:
Smart Bookmarks Bar Which lets you configure how bookmarks display on the toolbar. In particular I use it to hide the names and show only the "favicon".
Favicon Picker 2 A nice compliment to the above.
FireFTP An integrated FTP client.
Unhide Passwords Since I don't normally have anybody looking over my shoulder while I surf, I figure the asterisks are unnecessary.
Mouse Gestures Redox Lets you perform commands by waving the cursor around.

I just added AniWeather; I find it a lot more reliable than any of the weather widgets Microsoft or Google has.
I'm also giving WebMail Notifier a try; I've got different e-mails for school, work, personal and strictly online/RP use, and checking them all's a pain in the ass.
Also, seeing as no one's mentioned it, AdBlock is a pretty cool new app no one's heard of.
Seriously, why doesn't Firefox just come with it already added?

Just get a flv player Or the K-Lite Mega Codec Pack, which will allow you to play them in Media Player (or whatever your particular flavor of player you like).

Hey Vene, that screengrab one is great. I was looking for a tool that would allow me to screencap an entire page. I think my favorite add-on so far still has to be AdBlock Plus, and the User-Agent Switcher I have is a good one as well.
