It's probably an issue with character encoding, punctuation marks usually don't translate between the various character sets.

The letters in the words bracketing the question marks can be collectively rearranged to spell out the time and location of the next terrorist attack.

Stuff from RR does it, too, on occasion. I find that, in many cases, it adds to the hilarity.

It's probably an issue with character encoding, punctuation marks usually don't translate between the various character sets. Which drives me nuts, as I've got most of the site set as compatible as it'll go. But yea, that's it right there.
