I've seen that image a lot, and am rather curious about what world event was going on in 1992 that caused such belief. My birth. > Even as a baby, I terrified fundies.

Fools! Little do you realize it is in fact us Fallen humans who have failed to encompass God's truth with our Fallen calendars. Today is actually September 29th, 1993, but years go backwards while days go forwards... look God's perfection is pretty much impossible to explain but that's roughly how it works. In any case - REPENT!

The album was preceded by the lead-off single "Erotica" and its banned-from-daytime-MTV video. The fundies didn't like any of it. They especially didn't like it when the book set first generation printing sell out records, when the single went Gold and broke the initial radio airplay record, and when the album went 2x Platinum as soon as it was eligible for RIAA certification.

I found a website that details how they calculated the exact year, month, day and even hour. (10 am EST, in case you were wondering). Like any good numerologist, they chose the date first and then played with a few numbers until it fit.

If I remember right, they just made random numbers up at first.

Probably the latter. That is unless a certain Mr Schlafly doesn't decide to turn his horrifying, scarred face in our direction.
