I agree, live a little and study in forrun parts, worst case scenario it turns out to be a scam and you end up broke in a country whose language you do nto speak with no way of contacting anyone. Eh, he can just sell himself on a street corner until he has enough money to get home. Being foreign, he should fetch a pretty penny.

There's quite a few good schools in Indiana. You mentioned aesthetics, I do have a few preferences. I am fucking sick of living in the middle of nowhere. I don't necessarily have to be in a big city, but I'd like to live someplace where I don't get stuck behind a tractor. Fuck the Bible Belt. Dammit!! Anyways, if you really want to look into Indiana schools I'll suggest: IU, Purdue, IUPUI, Butler (expensive as hell), Ball State, Depauw (in the middle of nowhere), GRACE COLLEGE AND THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY, and University of Evansville

Hi! Fancy meeting you here.
IU is really good if you want to do medical research. Purdue's program is mostly just a feeder program for the pharmacy and vet schools. I'm not sure about the other schools.

IU is also in the "belt" for music, dance and that other foppity cultural shit you seem interested in.

Woo! Bloomington campus, I assume. If you get it we'll have to meet up somewhere and create havoc!

Yeah, Bloomington. I'll make sure to tell you if I'm accepted or not. Hopefully I am.

Good luck. Bloomington is a pretty nice area. Besides all the foppity cultural shit, there are some great places to go camping and hiking nearby. Hoosier National Forest pretty much surrounds the place. And Nashville is nice in a quaint redneck kinda way.

I went to law school at the University at Buffalo, and undergrad at Binghamton. I'd recommend either, although I liked Buffalo more. There was more there. Dunno much about bio at either one, although I did see speeches by Stephen Colbert, the Dalai Lama, Colin Powell, Michael Moore, Al Gore, and Conan O'Brien at Buffalo. If that helps. (Al Gore and Conan were tied for the best; the Dalai Lama and Michael Moore were probably the worst.)
