"Unicron's codpiece, that's fucked up" . That's awesome! I'll try that the next time something requires a "god damn" haha

I use the word "deities" a lot - my favorite use being "Oh my ever-beloved deities." That one's got me some rather strange looks, especially when I was in Virginia. (Visited my friend in VA with his brother. 1 Wiccan navy sailor who curses like you'd expect, 1 atheist metalhead with long hair and a leather trenchcoat, and one 6'4 NY guy with tons of NY Yankees gear. In Virginia. Funniest. Looks. EVER!) If I react in shock, or on instinct, I'll usually end up saying "gods" where I would've said god. Or I just insert random profanity into the sentence.

My Dad likes to use "Jesus Irving Christ." I prefer "Christ on a crutch"
I had a friend in junior high who told me I couldn't say "Jesus" as a swear. Nor could I say "Jeez". After much debating, we decided that "beaver face" was an acceptable substitute. Later, I learned another definition of "beaver". I never told her the other meaning.

I always say "JC Penney". It started because I would always say "Jesus Christ" and then I shortened it to "JC" and then it just became "JC Penney". Sometimes, if that doesn't cut it, I say "Jc Penney, WalMart and Sears!"

I prefer to use standard Christian... or more often 'Lord and Lady', 'Holy Mother of Gods' and 'Oh my Goddess'. 'Gods' is popular too.
My mum thinks I'm weird.

I referred to hell in the plural for a while, even saying things like "what in all Hells" or "by the seven Hells and their circles" instead of "what in all that is holy" or "for the love of God", which got me some choice glances. Nowadays I just go with whatever random thing crosses my mind, though some of my favorites have involved a fair degree of blasphemy. Example: "Jesus tittyfucking Christ!!"

Nowadays I just go with whatever random thing crosses my mind, though some of my favorites have involved a fair degree of blasphemy. Example: "Jesus tittyfucking Christ!!" 'Hells' yeah! I like that one too. After 40 some years of using God as a form of swearing, it is difficult to change. I still use phrases such as "Oh, for God's sake" and " For the love of God" when I hear something really stupid. It's just habit and hard to break. But I am aware that I do it and have been searching for some other phrase to use, but I haven't come up with any good ones yet. Or at least, haven't gotten to the point they sound spontaneous enough. I will probably continue to use phrases like "goddamn it" or Jesus. H. fucking Christ' because it is considered cursing the Christian gods and pisses off the Christians so much. QFT! It's hard to break out of the old ways, but yeah, I definitely like the shock value of them now! Some of the ones I can think of off the top of my head besides "hells" are: Saints and begorrah Land O' Goshen God’s balls Oh my fuck Carn sarn it Futher Mucker Cock and balls Son of a fuck Jesus tap-dancing, tittie-fucking christ on an electrified pogo-stick Jesus christ in a blender and F. Murray Abraham
