Thanks a lot, John :] Here's a sprite self portrait I use on my dA account Those are very nice, Pasta. I think I like the middle one the best. Late edit - I'm a bit conflicted here. I like the last one too. The muted colors are lovely.

I'm terrible at that sort of thing but i've seen a few peoples attempts at sprites and yours are the first to convince me that sprites can be really artistic.

Thanks a lot, Pasta ^_^
It used to be a fun little hobby, I was a member of a fansite for the game. The art section was mostly comprised of other people making their own sprites. Mine aren't the best, there's at least 2 other people who do them even better.
But my little sprites are nothing. Check out a pixel art website, it'll blow your mind what some people are capable of. I'm talking sprite pictures that will fill your monitor. I'm a patient guy, but not patient enough to make something like that xD

I'm quite taken with these two. And iPhone you say? I had no idea a phone could take pictures of such quality. I guess that shows how tech savvy I am ._.

I like this one best. It's got a cool vintage look to it. Editing photos on your iPhone? I didn't know you could do that. Neat.

That's really cool, John. I admire the hell out of your comic shading/ink work ability.
