That last one seems to be taking opposites sides at the same time.
You have someone against Circumcision who is using a pro-Circumcision argument to justify tearing a gigantic tear out of the "Book of Genesis" (which has somehow become the entire Bible).
It's like it's trying to say that intactivists are trying to tear apart "God's scripture", but also succeeds in being anti-circumcision.

It's obviously about Ghandi being beaten and then strangled to death by an undead Vincent Price.

So Ghandi has been shot and is telling Vincent Price that he always wanted to cockslap a girl whilst Vincent Price looks at everyone else like "TELL NO ONE". It is clearly advocating cockslappings and friendship with Vincent Price.
