I'm not entirely sure what that one is trying to say:
1) Electronic voting machines are so sketchy even mice would distrust them.
2) Electronic voting machines are so reliable only mice would distrust them.
3) Electronic voting machines are so new that voters using them are basically lab mice.

Most electronic voting machines do not have a paper trail. Nor are they verified accurate by any outside group. There was an image at one point comparing slot machines in Vegas (saying their code has to be on file publicly, have to be certified, etc.) and reading it it makes you wonder why anyone would trust them.
