Many Christians believe that people who have never heard the gospel will still go to hell for not knowing. Yes, because our true purpose in life is to worship the xtian god for the brief time that we are alive on Earth so that we can go to heaven and worship the xtian god for eternity. If they never hear about what our true purpose in life is they deserve to burn in hell for eternity. I mean, really....If you were a lying, stealing, cheating prick your entire life and were sent to Hell...Why would the Devil punish you? You're one of his boys! Hell is where all the musicians, drugs and hookers are.. It's not like I'd get up to Heaven and see god and he would say "Oh, Joe, you've been such a good boy...You see that big titted whore over there with a line of coke on her? Knock yourself out, son!" ;D

Wow, I never would've pegged this person as the religious type. She was.. interesting in high school.

This was a while ago, so I can't find the exact quote.
One of my friends say'd something about how heavily religous people always use religion as an excuse for anything they do.
One of his friends then made a funny comment about God being a "deadbeat dad".
Then came the buzzkill.
One of my friend's cousins noticed the post and started ranting at his friend how he's not one of god's chosen children and that he doesn't understand religion becuase he's a heathen, etc.

The ceiling collapsed on top of seven people, who were then rescued by firefighters or whoever.
At least that's how I choose to interpret it.

Saw a post by a good friend of mine from highschool. Although it shouldn't surprise me given that she belongs to an evangelical church, but, well, when AIG gets cited as a source... /facepalm

So this morning I was scrolling through my facebook feed and saw that one of my cousin's had posted this as his facebook status:
How can people so easily fall for this? So you can be that easily swayed just because someone tells you a sad story?
The comments are just as bad too:
Praise me or burn! (But I love you!)
So god punishes other people so we can see how good we have it? What a sadistic bastard...
T_T *sigh*

I haven't seen much religiosity on my own Facebook, but I do read STFU Believers: stfubelievers.tumblr.com/ If you haven't seen it, it's worth looking at, though if you're here you've probably heard of it already since it's like the FSTDT of Facebook.
