I was thinking that just spraying bullets around on the theory that god will guide them into the bad guys would work. If you get shot by your side due to accident or incompetence, Jesus wanted it to happen. You should've prayed more. So in fact it's the fault of the person being shot that they've been shot?

Only if they didn't pray enough. Or prayed too much. Or to the wrong god. Or with the wrong prayers. Or in the wrong place. But if they prayed just the right amount to the right god with the right prayers in the right places, and they still get shot, it's Satan testing them.

Oh... it should be noted that I only include the US Air Farce as a member of the "military" using the broadest possible definition of the term. Seconded. But other than that. I've only had a few instances of fundism. And it was in Basic. The Air-force cadets need to have the ability to take matters up their chain of command. I do not envy their position.
