Same here with U2. Also the Grateful Dead. Hate them with a passion but I do like Friend of the Devil.

Wow, 3 other people who don't like U2, I'm suprised, the normal reaction to that is, "<gasp> you don't like *U2*?" And like Rookie, I don't care for the Greatful Dead, but I do like Casey Jones.

I also like Motley Crue's "Dr. Feelgood" I like that song, too! But I don't dislike Motley Crue, so I guess it isn't really the same.

I really don't like U2, yes you read that right, I don't like U2. I do however like Sunday Bloody Sunday. Hoorah for U2 hate! Same thing with me, can't stand the band, (mostly Bono) but I like that song.

I fucking hate Phil Collins, but "Young Turks" is a cool song.
Also, I like the Revolting Cocks cover of "Da Ya Think I'm Sexy" if that counts.

"Reasons to Live" by DragonForce. God, I hate DragonForce with a passion. The copy/paste song "writing," the annoying vocalist, the useless bassist and the total inability to play well live are just complete mood killers on their own, but considering the fans. Oh god, the fans. "Reasons to Live," however, gives proof that the copy/paste writing is simply because its easier and faster to "write." Seriously, if their vocalist would switch back to his Valley of the Damned style, they stopped making every song 200+ BPM and they didn't completely mix out their bassist, they would be a pretty damn good band.

I'll add them as they come to mind, but "Human" by The Killers seems a pretty good place to start.

I'm with you guys on U2. My mom owned Joshua Tree and Achtung Baby when I was a kid, so I was almost indoctrinated to like them. The only reason I enjoy a couple songs from each album is because it takes me back to some good times. Music is great like that.

Definately not a fan of U2, but 'Sunday bloody Sunday' is an awesome song. Someone should do a cover "Subway bloody Subway'.
Also not a fan of the Boomtown Rats, or Bob Geldorf, but 'I don't like Mondays is by far the most awesome song evah. And he did get Queen to sing their set at Live Aid, which was EPIC.
Also, Dragonforce sucks, but 'Through Fire and Flames' is awesome.

The only song I like by Guns N' Roses is their cover of "Sympathy for the Devil."

"Lights" by Journey.
I loathe and detest their stuff with Steve Perry, but I can't help but sing along whenever I hear it on the radio.

I just remembered another one.
Fall Out Boy - Thanks for the Memories.
It sounds like a boyband with a guitar, but it's damn catchy. Can't say I've liked anything else they've done either. Also, can't be bothered to disemvowel the title (which is apparently official...).
