Pretty self explanatory. Just list your favorite way(s) to express yourself and why.
Playing my electric guitar: I can't sing clean vocals for shit, but I love playing guitar. I've been playing for a few years, and it's amazing how creative you can be with just a few of the simple tools needed to play. Also, having an electric guitar allows me to play really mellow if I want, or ridiculously distorted and loud.
Love poems: Now this may sound fucking corny, but I tend to lose myself when I Wittie love poems and the like about my girlfriend. It just consumes me and allows my feelings to truly flow.

Was music, but what made me give up on that, besides needing the money I am perpetually short of, is that I just couldn't square what I wanted things to sound like with what actually came out of the speakers. There were clearly nuances that I wasn't picking up.
So I've gone back to writing, which is not only free, but can easily result in tangible results after three hours of trying.

Writing, mostly short stories because I tend to give up on novels.

Writing. You can create anything, and you can direct your creation in any way to express any tone.

I usually write but lately I've felt dry. I also play violin, guitar and bass. Again, dry. Lucid dreams from smoking excessive amounts of weed have become my creative outlet >sigh<

Writing; either short stories, poetry, or my blog (when I remember I have one).

Writing, sort of, I suck at it so I rarely right. Does world-building count? Probably not, but if it did then that.

Blogging! I don't generally show my blogs to people I know, so I feel comfortable with writing anything that comes to mind. It's like having a diary, but there's a hint of danger since anyone can read them and that makes it much more fun. For me, a least.

Wand-making. I've not touched the wands in a week or so (fucking final exams *shakefish*) but I love making wands out of paper, glue, tape, hot glue, and paint. It's frickin' awesome to hold a full-length, sturdy, gorgeous wand and know that you made it from scrap. Sectumsempra!
Jewelry-making. I'm not terribly creative with it, but I do like making little earrings and necklaces...especially since it gives me an excuse to hunt around eBay for cheap, pretty, shiny things to make them out of. *jitters*
Writing. I don't write much anymore, and whenever I do it comes out rather childish, but meh. The main problem is I like creating the world in which the characters live much more than creating an awesome adventure for the characters themselves. I mean, the politics between the aristocratic vampires, the valued-but-not-equal Healers, and the outcast, tribal lycans is more interesting (to me, anyway) than the central stories.
I also like playing around with sounds and music in Audacity, but I'm not sure that's...creative.

My main creative outlet is art. I draw a lot, paint a little, and do some Illustrator work.
I like to write fiction, but I'm not very good at it. My favorite part of writing fantasy is the world building, so I end up spending all my time & effort on that and never get around to writing the actual story. So I guess you could say that world building is one of my favorite creative outlets.
I love to lucid dream, and was getting pretty good at it for a while, but my Depression meds make it hard for me to remember my dreams, and make lucid dreams few and far between.

It's frickin' awesome to hold a full-length, sturdy, gorgeous wand and know that you made it from scrap. Sectumsempra!I've just recently taken to doing the exact same thing. I've got a pretty cool one I made out of an old clothes hanger, a wire holder from a machine at my job, superglue and a bit of electrical tape. Now I look at every piece of wood and old pen I have and think "How can I make that look awesome?" Doesn't help I just got a few replicas of the HP movie ones... I write. Sometimes. I just really got back into it. Mostly short stories, some fictional, some not, some a mix. I once had a semi-Pulitzer-prize winning author (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patricia_Smith) give me an A in a Creative Writing class, so I guess I'm pretty good. I just lose motivation from time to time. Writing 12-page research papers for 4 classes a semester will do that to a person.

I am revoking your guy card and upgrading it to a Man Card. A guy has no feelings. A man, a real man, admits to having feelings and will express them in a healthy manner. Personally, I like to just make shit up off the top of my head. Either stuff to fuck with the IRC or storylines to use in RPs.

I'm surprised no one's mentioned cooking yet. I cook (well mostly grill) as my primary creative outlet. Turning some meat, spices, and various other things into something delicious is a wonderful feeling. There's so much play involved in achieving good flavors and avoiding eating the same things over and over. And it also requires a very high degree of flexibility and precision which I like (and I think the constraints enhance my creativity, not diminish it). I even occasionally play games with myself like trying to make a dish based on some particular ingredients that don't combine intuitively or that I've never used before.
I've been known to text in verse (I once spent 3 weeks texting no other way). Verse is typically haiku, limerick , or iambic pentameter. It's usually more funny than anything else, or a game I'll play with people as a battle of wits. But I've used it on a gf to make her think well of me too. I also wanna start hiding codes in my texts.
Finally, I think a lot of my day-to-day stuff is creative, if not artistic or an outlet. Writing essays, solving problem sets, playing sports. They all require creativity when done correctly.
