Dammit! Everywhere else is getting snow, and all we're getting is this really annoying, cold, wet drizzle. D:

I'd happily trade weather with you, Lazy. We got hit harder than expected with snow.

I'd happily trade weather with you, Lazy. We got hit harder than expected with snow. I don't even like snow, I just don't want to go to class. So how about we take all the snow that's up where you are, and then we move it down here and put it in front of the administration building. They'll look outside, see "HOLY SHIT! SNOW!" and cancel class. ;D

I got the strongest job opportunity I've had...ever. That's good. I need a fucking laptop and a return to my netted-up home.

I've spent the past 4 hours at the perfect tipsiness level by spacing out my bottle of wine. Which I am drinking straight out of.

Something good that's happened this past week: My 2nd cousin (who I didn't even know existed prior to last summer) and I decided to set up a Facebook group, originally for descendants of my great grandmother, and then for descendants of my great, great grandmother. So far, we have around 30 members in the group.
In addition, we've managed to determine the names of my great, great, great grandparents, although we're not going to try to track all of their descendants -- keeping track of this branch of the family tree has been difficult enough as it is. We do want to see if we can go back further into our ancestry, though.
I've been working on a family tree for my great, great grandmother's descendants, and between several cousins and me, we've got over a hundred names on there (including spouses), and we're not finished building it yet. My great grandmother had around 7 or 8 siblings, many of whom had multiple children themselves, so creating this has been quite the task. We've got a total of 7 generations on there.
Growing up, I never knew much about my dad's side of the family beyond my closest relatives (1st cousins, grandparents, great grandma, etc.), and now I'm discovering 5th and 6th cousins. It's insane.

That's pretty cool, Ms. A.
Omgomgomg you guys...I have a 94% pass rate among the students in my last class. And I've heard that I give tough tests, so that means they learned a lot!
