au.gamespot.com/events/konami09/story.html?sid=6207796&tag=picks;title;2There is a game based on Saw horror film franchise coming out. Im a huge die hard fan of saw. my display picture on msn is the after math of Lynn getting her head blown off with the shotgun collar. My computer desktop wall paper is a promo poster for saw 3. And i have 2 posters on my wall. One of the reverse bear trap and the other with of Tobin Bell and the signature Jigsaw coat. I also have a replica of Billy The Puppet and my display picture is of him in gamespot This is huge. Once i play this game i could die and have no regrets

Let me start by saying haveing "That Creepy Guy" under your avatar is rather appropiate at the moment. I do not like horror films, so have no interest in seeing the Saw movies. I have read about them, and they do seem to be a bit above the normal "bad man kill partying teens" meme. The "puzzles" are also rather creative. (Caveat: I enjoy studying methods of torture and execution used throughout history.)

I don't really consider Saw 'horror', more gore. Then again since CGI has been used, I don't think there's been a good horror movie.
As for a game based on it, yeah I'm sure the fans of the franchise will go for it.

While the idea seems interesting enough (and I love the Saw movies), I'll wait until it comes out. I've seen way too many games that should've worked but ended up as crap.
I'm not saying it will be crap. I'm hoping it's good, but I'll reserve judgment for then.

I did not like Saw. I watched the first movie and that was it. An hour and a half of backflashes and more gore than guro doesn't make much of a movie.
I'm probably gonna get shot for that.

Not generally a fan of gorn (I watched Hostel II and it's so ridiculously OTT it almost becomes morbidly funny) but the Saw films are watchable. Interested to see how they'll make it into a game.
