Yeah, I can't help thinking "Kill da wabbit," either.
Unfortunately, they're not playing these cartoons much (if at all) anymore, so today's kids are missing out.

Yep, they took out anything that had the semblance of violence because they were afraid children would try to act out what they saw in these cartoons. According to the "children's advocates", it's a wonder the human race survived them. But when I was growing up in the sixties, they were fairly well played unedited, but we had enough sense to know it was only a cartoon and the things done in them weren't possible IRL. It's just another example of people going overboard when someone qualifies himself/herself for a Darwin Award. We all need to be protected from ourselves, don't we?

Alls I know is that that particular cartoon is both the funniest and saddest Bugs Bunny cartoon...evah.

I really don't watch enough TV to justify what I pay for cable as it is, but that's almost enough to be worth paying extra for. <insert fucking Roger cable/specialty stations rant here>
