Exactly. And there are plenty of women who like lesbian sex but aren't completely lesbian. I mean, hello. I bet I can easily find a picture of two lesbians with penises fucking. Lots of different types of lesbians as well as lesbian sexing. And then you add in the lesbians who are a little androphilic but identify as lesbians and you've got a huge party going on.

Still straight here, though my new boss told us he's gay. He's a 60-something year old guy who's been living with his companion for 18 years. Yeah, apparently it's just a faze phase. He also loves Halloween and horror movies, so we get along great. *phase Faze is a different word entirely. I'd like to phase/faze the #%#@^^#@!$%#$ autocorrect!

I'm lexikon. I'm not LGBT. Or S. Or P. Or O.
I'm going to tak Saw Palmetto extract, and work my way to stronger androgen blockers. And nobody I know knows this.
When I get enough money, I'll give myself an orchiectomy, penectomy, and maybe a prostatectomy, and leave it at that.

When I get enough money, I'll give myself an orchiectomy, penectomy, and maybe a prostatectomy, and leave it at that. What would you classify yourself as, then? Agendered or third gender? Androgyne? Because, quite frankly, that you want to alter your sex characteristics means you are, by definition, transgender, which is what that T at the end of LGBT stands for. Also, if you want to have your hormones levels altered then you should really go to an endocrinologist to get it done correctly and safely. You really don't want to end up developing secondary sex characteristics you don't want (my breast growth so far has been just from blocking testosterone), killing your liver, or destroy your heart. Hormones do far more than just affect hair growth, softness of skin, or deepen a voice; they also alter the fat distribution in your body (including around the heart), temperature regulation, and even affects the brain. Oh, and to see an endocrinologist for this you'd have to get recommended by a therapist who recognises that you have gender dysphoria and agrees that hormones are the appropriate treatment. Therapists are also the ones who can then recommend different surgeries, like orchiectomy, and I highly doubt you'll find a decent surgeon who'll do it without such recommendation. Hell, they don't even like doing vasectomies when you're under 30 unless you're able to prove to them you really know what it means, either from multiple talks with therapists or having past experience of having children of your own, and that's a much less invasive alteration than removal of the gonads. I also don't know of any procedure to actually remove the prostate. I don't like mine either, but that's something that just isn't removed unless there's something horribly wrong (like cancer) going on with it. No where in the trans community have I heard of it being done, so I really doubt you'll find someone qualified to do it. Oh, and with a penectomy, what are you looking for in it's place? Just a smooth crotch with a pee hole somewhere? That would also be really hard to find a surgeon for, if you can even find one at all.

You forgot to put a NSFW label there, so I fixed it for you. Please remember to label content like that in the future.

Just a smooth crotch with a pee hole somewhere? That would also be really hard to find a surgeon for, if you can even find one at all. I think I'd consider myself third sex. I thought trans was just making yourself a different sex, but if you count that as a gender, than "therapist who recognises that you have gender dysphoria and agrees that hormones are the appropriate treatment. Therapists are also the ones who can then recommend different surgeries" There is this one doctor I'm close to that I want to talk to, but I'm not really sure what to expect, and I'm not sure when I'll see him again. "You really don't want to end up developing secondary sex characteristics you don't want" I'll be taking estrogen blockers later on. Whether my breasts grow or not, a mastectomy is on my list of possible future amputations of uncomfortable and unnecessary body parts. And it's not like I'm going cold turkey. like I said, I'll be taking weak stuff, possibly even just Diindolylmethane, for a while and slowly moving to stronger medications. "Just a smooth crotch with a pee hole somewhere?" Pretty much. I won't look down there anyways. "Seriously, at least get a vagina, or just don't do it." I saw that images. And no, vaginas are yucky.

Whether my breasts grow or not, a mastectomy is on my list of possible future amputations of uncomfortable and unnecessary body parts. Yeah, when I go in for my yearly physical, I just ask my doctor to remove a few fingers and a leg or my ear, just for shiggles. It's quite routine to have a list of parts of your body you want cut off.

Because I don't want those parts. It feels and looks weird to me, and I don't want steroids pumping in my body either. Ask the same question to other transgenders.

Please stop abusing steroids, you need them to live.
