It's probably just Rickets. So you're a creationist now, eh? @shane, yeah that too. Every anomaly is Rickets!

While I do agree that there are a lot of dinosaur species based on inadequate material and in need of review, I wouldn't trust Jack Horner on everything. He's one guy who often gets only his viewpoint presented and nobody else's. His fame as the discoverer of Maiasaura and accompanying evidence of dinosaur family life has allowed him to get away with far more than he should, as he basically can get instant access to the media.
He's also the guy who came up with the idea that Tyrannosaurus rex couldn't hunt live prey and was reduced to scavenging, with giant holes in his evidence for said idea. The media played up Horner's views way too much and created the illusion that there was a huge controversy when there wasn't. Also, he never published this in a scientific journal; rather, he largely spread it through the media conduits mentioned above. I've even heard rumors that if one gets Horner drunk enough, he'll admit that he doesn't believe it and just made it up to generate interest in paleontology.

With this information and in retrospect, the 51.7% statistic cited earlier does seem to be a bit specific considering we don't yet know how many species are redundant.

He's the one that nearly single-handedly destroyed my childhood.

Another thing the Fundies will do: Jump the gun at the first "professional opinion" that seems to support them, never stopping to consider that the story might be skewed.
