I think Coulter's case is appropriate. Obviously, it's a vicious lie. But that's just Coulter. What's appropriate is the side she's taking- the side of war against popular desire for peace, the side of dictatorship against the middle class, the side of written segregatory law against the laws of morality. The side of the aristocrats against everyone else. That's basically conservatism. I think it's appropriate that one of it's leading lights makes it explicit.
I think it's a little scary that she's literally advocating the mass murder of people who disagree with her, but whatever. We all know where she stands now.

Ann is the silver-tongued master of her craft. It is safe to say that she is quite a bit sharper than many a liberal. I wouldn't go for "sharp." More like, "pretty and flame-baiting." She's like Sarah Palin - she rallies the crazies, she's a pretty face for the cameras, and she draws fire away from the less-crazy looking Republicans by flailing wildly. I don't get "pretty." Like, Palin I can understand folks getting hot over. She's nto my cuppa, but she's got that look and I can understand it. Coulter is bony and scary, like her years of the Dark Side have caught up with her. Also, youse guys' outrage makes her wet. She's probably having a celebration frig right now. |

I can sort of agree with you on Malkin, but at the same time, every time she opens her mouth, my libido goes into hibernation.
I just don't get Coulter at all, is all. Like, I can see some of these people are being "sexy," though again, the minute they speak, they become as attractive as a festering corpse. Hell, I even get how some people really love Hillary Clinton and her pants suits. But Coulter...Ew.

You know what offends me? I WAS AT KENT STATE ON MAY 4. You can see me in the background of that famous picture. IT WAS NOT A VIOLENT PROTEST AND THE KIDS WHO WERE SHOT WERE NOT EVEN PARTICIPATING IN IT. Oh holy shit, sandman, I had no fucking clue. I was pissed off when I read what she said but you've got every right to be even angrier about such blatant lying and sucking up to violent authority figures. Fuck her with a bayonet. |
