Unless you're suggesting that the House vote to impeach the President, 2/3 of the Senate votes to convict the President of a crime (and thus remove him from office), and 2/3 of both houses of Congress vote to expel every member of their house, then no, there is no such provision in the Constitution. Hmm...what the hell am I thinking of then? I could have sworn there were provisions for removing pretty much the entire governing body (not just the Pres). I'm definitely not suggesting they impeach the President though. I like this guy for the most part. Heh.

Some state constitutions provide for recall elections. There is no such provision in the United States Constitution however. You can vote your congressional representatives out in their next election, and petition the members of the Electoral College who represent you to vote out the President in his next election.
