Hmm. That reminds me, we haven't seen Multimoog (the author of the Bone Hive) since... Jeez, last September. That makes me sad. So many horrible things he hasn't written for us. I do hope he returns one day.
Yeah, some of the folks on the site are a little too freaked out over that. It's somewhat better these days, though it's still probably better not to bring it up in chat. Which, yeah, still kind of sucks. Sorry about that.

That's the same feeling I got when I joined to try and write some up myself. Lot of people were really nice but I couldn't help but get the feeling that my presence...pissed some people off even though I hadn't done anything... so naturally I'd try to be friendlier to try and get something a bit more than the "you really don't belong here" vibe, now I just kinda.. avoid the place so I don't drudge up depressing thoughts. Other than that it's a really great site and I enjoyed getting freaked/squicked out by a lot of the SCPs.

I should be doing better in a few days once I get accustomed to the new required hand pleacement

As Fortune increases, random negative acts of happenstance increase - and vice versa. 2nd Law: (1st law of higher ed.) the less likely you are to use something, the more likely it is your degree will require it at some point.
