Sometimes I listen to Focus on the Family radio for the lulz, and they were talking about how liberals think you can choose what body parts you're born with. At that point I turned it. Yes, that's exactly what liberals believe. It'd be awesome if we could, though. Make my life easier. What kind of horrible people even need this sort of sensitivity training? If I was frisking someone and came across someone with the opposite body parts that I was expecting, I'd be surprised, but I certainly wouldn't make a scene or any nasty comments. Well, in this case, it was a transwoman being told she could only go to the mens room and frisk male subjects. Which, in my mind's eye, only serves to cause a commotion with the passengers. However, the world is a horrible place with a lot of horrible people. Remember that transpeople are not protected under national hate crime legislation because they couldn't get the votes. That sends the message that more people think it's okay to hate transfolk than teh gheyz. |
