I personally believe it should legally be a person when it reaches the moment it can survive outside the mother. She wouldn't be able to abort it then for any reason besides health. My thoughts exactly!

Yeah, but by the time a fetus can survive outside of the womb (seven+ months), so few women have abortions anyway, and then it's because of some drastic health problem anyway. So it doesn't really matter.
Despite opinions to the contrary, very very very few women simply decide at month six "Well fuck, I don't wanna be a mom anymore, I might as well have an abortion!" As has already said, the vast majority of abortions are done in the first trimester and those done late-term are overwhelmingly because of an atrocious defect that would kill the baby or give it zero quality of life.
